Posted 16 March by New World Recruitment Limited Easy Apply

Position: Health & Social Care Assessor Level 5
Location: M62 corridor - Greater Manchester to Bradford & Leeds
Salary: £24,000 salary, plus £3,000 bonus

Fancy yourself as a confident assessor? This organisation not only offer good benefits, but they reward on success also.

With a bonus of £75 per successfully completed learner, and with an average caseload of 40 learners, if you keep your success rates above 80% (which let's be honest it should be) you will be taking home a nice addition to your salary.

A catch you say? No. Your bonus is also protected. Should you take over some learners who are on programmes but falling behind, your bonus per each learner is protected to give you the time to get them back up to speed and progress them through.

Normal bits included in terms of mileage etc, but the added benefits include 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension etc.

The organisation, part of a larger group with a £50m TO, are backed financially and are looking a safe bet to what has been a difficult time in the sector recently. Delivering a range of courses throughout the UK, they have seen an increase in demand for the level 5 programme in Health & Social Care hence the need for this position.

The role itself, you will be in control of your diary and managing your time accordingly to work with your learners in their places of employment. Caseload of approx.. 40 learners, you will be working with Levy and Non-levy employers allowing for a contrast in learner requirements. Location wise, your learners will be situated between Greater Manchester and North Yorkshire, so ideally someone based along the M62 corridor would suit, however we are by no means limiting to that.

We do need you to be qualified to deliver up to the level 5 apprenticeships in Health & Social care, and we hope to speak with you in the near future.
