Academics is working closely with a fantastic, high-achieving Primary School in Aylesbury that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team immediately.

About the Role:

• Full-time (Monday to Friday)
• Supporting Early Years students within a nurturing classroom environment
• Working alongside a class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum
• Delivering small group activities and contributing to children's progress
• Taking observations and supporting individual learning plans
• Long-term opportunity for the full academic year, with training and progression available

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BA)
• GCSEs in Maths & English (A*-C / 9-4)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Experience with early years observations and assessments
• A confident, proactive, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents
• A team player who is adaptable, committed, and passionate about early education
