Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Teaching Assistant
Location: Birkenhead, Wirral

Randstad Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Birkenhead, Wirral, to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Assist in planning and organizing creative learning experiences.
  • Maintain appropriate classroom ratios to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for children to develop.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff.
  • Monitor and report on student progress to support ongoing development.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
