Level 2 Support Engineer - London - 6 months

Working for a market leader in IT services, a Level 2 Support Engineer is required for an initial 6 month contract in London.

Experience Required:

  • 1st / 2nd line support for users
  • remote support
  • support window 0800 - 1800 local time
  • end user devices
  • hardware; macbrook PRO / iPhone
  • Software - O365 E5 (Enterprise Mobility + Security E5). Office Suite including but not limited to ; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business
  • PC and MAC Experience

Level 2 Support Engineer - London - 6 months
