Our clients, a vibrant and forward thinking independent Estate Agency and Lettings operation, are creating a brand new management role in order to further drive their lucrative Lettings business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Directors in a new role to help shape the front end 'sales' element of Lettings. They have exciting and ambitious growth plans for this area of their business and as such they foresee this role developing and evolving over time

Lettings Team Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Full line management responsibility for the 'front end' Lettings Team
  • Be accountable for the client experience delivered by your team evidenced through client feedback and the service metrics
  • Ensuring your team meet all regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Coaching, motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential
  • Ensuring your team meet all regulatory and compliance requirements

Lettings Team Manager - Experience Required:

  • Understanding of management KPIs
  • History of meeting and exceeding KPI targets
  • Experience with Lettings would be desirable, but not essential
  • Track record of training and development of staff
  • Experience in helping to drive a listing culture within a team through managing systems and processes as well as 'sales’ techniques
