·New Business Development
The Letting/ Property Manager is required to be a great team player and needs to have a good understanding of what is happening in the business at all times. They are required to use their initiative to find ways to move the business forward and by doing so will create further opportunities for themselves.
Main areas of responsibility;
New Business Development,
A major part of the Letting/Property Managers role is to help grow the business. The Candidate must be excited at the prospect of meeting new landlords and be very confident at selling the benefits of using the company.
Developing current business,
Winning new landlord/Vendor instructions
Marketing Properties; photos, descriptions, floor plans
The Lettings/ Property Manager will have responsibility for the team.
·Properties to add
·Managing LIP and TIP paperwork
·Staff Holidays and Saturday Rota
·Morning meeting and to do Lists
Customer service is the corner stone of the growth experienced by the Company. The candidate is responsible for promoting the high level of service that is expected to be provided to both landlords, Vendors and tenants and needs to continuously look at ways to improve this.
·Maintaining high levels of service to tenants
·Maintaining high level of service to landlords
·Maintaining high level of service to Vendors
