Lettings Property Manager - Banbury - up to £27k

This is a great opportunity to join a leading independent Lettings agent who have built up an extremely successful Lettings business in the Banbury area. Due to growth of their managed portfolio, they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for ensuring gas safety certificates are in order, dealing with repairs maintenance issues, carrying out check outs and inspections when required.

Purpose of Role:

·Inventory preparation
·Check outs
·Pre-property checks
·Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
·Arranging annual gas safety checks
·Ad-hoc administration
·Dealing with day to day property management matters

Essential Skills:

·Ideally at least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager although not essential
·ARLA qualified to NFOPP Level 3 ideal, but not compulsory
·Have a good understanding of Residential Lettings Management and current legislation
·Hold a full, clean driving license and access to their own car
·Possess good customer relation skills
·The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
·The ability to prioritise their workload and act competently under pressure
·Be pro-active, a quick learner and has excellent attention to detail
·Good communication skills and telephone manner
·Excellent problem solving skills
