Orbit has a fantastic opportunity to join the Letting Services team as a Lettings Officer.
You will provide an excellent, effective and customer focussed lettings and voids management service to all customers (internal and external). You will also ensure homes are let within agreed targets and in line with relevant policies, procedures and Orbit's Customers Offer, with a focus on sustaining tenancies and minimising void loss.
To be a good fit to this role you will be self motivated with previous experience gained in a similar setting. The Lettings Officer's are largely field based and customer focused. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills with the ability to work on your own initiative.
