The Role
Our client is looking for a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their Shoreditch team. You’ll be handling viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding tenants and landlords through the lettings process—fast-paced, varied, and rewarding.

Our client is looking for a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their Shoreditch team. You’ll be handling viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding tenants and landlords through the lettings process—fast-paced, varied, and rewarding.
What You’ll Need
- 2 years experience in lettings or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Local knowledge of Shoreditch/East London is a bonus
- Positive attitude, target-driven mindset
- £23,000-£25,000 basic salary
- 10-25% commission per deal
- Ongoing training and career development
