Due to continued success, a Surrey based independent Estate & Letting Agent require an additional Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Kingston. This is a high-volume, fast paced office with a good market share, allowing the successful candidate fantastic commission earning potential.

To be considered for this position, previous experience working within lettings or estate agency is essential.

The Job

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be required to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and agree new lets. Additional responsibilities will include booking valuations, canvassing for new business, keeping in contact with landlords and general office administrative duties. This is a targeted sales position therefore the Lettings Negotiator will be required to work to personal monthly targets, whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service is provided at all times.

Salary

Basic - £15,000 - £17,000 (depending on experience)

OTE - £30,000 - £32,000

Additional - Monthly Car Allowance

Please note; to be considered for this role candidates must have a full driving licence and own vehicle. You’ll be required to work alternate Saturdays.
