Our client in the North Bristol region have a number of various exciting positions available for any driven individual wishing to become part of an award winning brand.


Principle Accountabilities:

 Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let

 Build and maintain long term relationships with Landlords

 Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to

The right candidate needs to be an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal and great attention to detail.

Job Challenges:

 Ability to maintain challenging workload

 Ability to achieve targets and to manage your time accordingly

 Ability to work long hours

 Ability to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest lettings legislation

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.30pm & alternate Saturdays 9am-5pm (with lieu day in the week).

Salary: 16k-18k dependent upon experience with a realistic OTE of 22k-24k.

Candidates must have their own car, mileage will be paid when used and the candidate will also have access to a company pool car.
