Lettings Negotiator - Nottingham - £16-£18k Basic OTE £24-£27k
My client is a major independent lettings and property management company who are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator. You will have at least 1 year's experience in Lettings. This is a great opportunity to carve out a career that offers the chance of real progression whilst working with a great team.
The Lettings Negotiator will provide a supporting role to the Senior Lettings Negotiator for residential Lettings activity as instructed, carrying out viewings where requested and constantly looking for opportunities for cross selling between the lettings and sales disciplines.
·Ensure incoming lettings leads are responded to in a timely manner either by yourself or the co-ordinator
·Conducting lettings viewings
·Responding to market appraisal enquiries, carrying out comparable reports and carrying out market appraisal appointments.
·Striving to reach new listings and new lettings targets as set by the Directors.
·Achieve monthly targets set out by the Branch Director
·To deliver quick response times and excellent customer service at all times
·Support of the lettings team to help them achieve company goals.
·Previous Residential Lettings Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lister
·Proven Lettings track record in achieving set targets
·Well Presented and Well Spoken
·Excellent communication skills
·Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
·Accurate, numerate and computer literate
·A team player with excellent organisational skills
·Full UK driving license and car
·Exceptional customer service skills
Hours of work - 4-day week 9am - 6pm Saturdays 10am - 5pm (day off in the week)
