Lettings Negotiator

Purple Frog Nottingham are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our small, friendly team to help the city’s students find their perfect off campus accommodation.

The successful candidate will help the branch manager oversee the lettings team.

You will also help develop the existing portfolio and enhance the superb relationships we have with our clients and tenants.

Key responsibilities;

  • Oversee and assist the lettings team

  • Conduct viewings with groups of students

  • Valuing and listing new properties

  • Ensuring that all clients receive outstanding customer service

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with Landlords and Tenants

  • Networking and building new relationships with Landlords

  • Ensuring that all procedures are carried out correctly

    Working hours:Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and some weekends.

    Start date: ASAP

    ARLA would be an advantage, but is not essential.

    Key skills required:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or sales experience is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of the local area

  • Ability to lead a team

  • Clean Driving License

  • Excellent personal organisational skills

  • A desire to want to grow the company & provide outstanding customer service.
