The position will involve arranging and performing property viewings whilst dealing with all lettings administration prior to move-in. The perfect candidate will therefore require an excellent phone manner, have very good time management and possess a proactive attitude. Duties will include:
- Arranging and performing property viewings.
- Drawing up tenancy agreements, contracts and relevant Lettings administration
- Answering telephone enquiries from prospective clients, tenants and landlords
- Dealing with all initial telephone enquiries and delegating to the correct member of staff
- Booking in property viewings using the company's property management software
- Maintaining the property database and learning the property portfolio
- Supporting the Property Manager & Company Director
- Communication / Phone Manner
