Lettings Negotiator

We are always looking for talented individuals to help us grow and we are currently looking to expand our team by employing an enthusiastic, hardworking, bright lettings negotiator with a good work ethic for our city centre office.

The position will involve arranging and performing property viewings whilst dealing with all lettings administration prior to move-in. The perfect candidate will therefore require an excellent phone manner, have very good time management and possess a proactive attitude. Duties will include:

  • Arranging and performing property viewings.
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements, contracts and relevant Lettings administration
  • Answering telephone enquiries from prospective clients, tenants and landlords
  • Dealing with all initial telephone enquiries and delegating to the correct member of staff
  • Booking in property viewings using the company's property management software
  • Maintaining the property database and learning the property portfolio
  • Supporting the Property Manager & Company Director
