LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR, WD6 - £35K+ OTE

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a dynamic independent estate agency which has been established for over 30 years to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy fast paced team. Covering prime areas of North West London and with a successful track record behind them and an abundant stock list this is the perfect opportunity to maximise your earning potential plus the added bonus of getting paid 15% commission on your deals. If you have some experience in lettings and are looking to earn more in 2018 then this is the perfect role for you!

The role:

Working closely with the lettings team

Liaising with potential tenants, identifying their needs and accompanying property viewings

Negotiating offers and agreeing new lets

Providing feedback to landlords on their property and the market

Building strong relationships with landlords and investors

Ensuring that the lettings regulations are upheld

Identifying opportunities to generate new business

Working to performance targets to achieve shared goals

The requirements:

5 years + experience in lettings (some management experience)

A thorough knowledge of the lettings process

Ideally ARLA qualified (not essential as training will be provided)

Clean driving licence and own car

Must be well presented with good communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to lead a team towards goals

The benefits:

Generous package- £18k + basic

Attractive commission structure paying upto 15%

£35k + OTE

Monthly car allowance £250
