Lettings Negotiator - Stratford, East London

Posted 9 February by Estate Agency Professionals

We’re on the lookout for a good Lettings Negotiator for one of our independent estate agency clients for a vacancy they’re currently keen to fill.

They’ve told us that they’re ideally looking for somebody with 2 years+ estate agency experience but, to be honest, as long as you’ve got at least a year under your belt, with some genuine drive and talent to back it up, I’m sure they’ll be open minded.

As well as the usual 'selling’ skills, this particular role is going to involve valuing and taking on landlords properties so they’re probably only going to be interested if you’ve got some decent experience of this aspect.

The salary they’re offering is going to be made up of a Basic salary + commission, and like most sales roles there’ll be targets that they’re going to want you to hit.

The figures they’ve given us are:

Basic: £13-16,000 OTE: £20,000 - £25,000 Must have own car
