Lettings Negotiator - Residential Lettings

Our client is a highly successful, Independent Estate Agent looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team based in Twickenham.

You will need have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential lettings. You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and have the ability to generate and win business from both Landlords and Tenants alike whilst consistently providing exceptional customer service.

You will be capable of dealing with all aspects of property across a broad spectrum of values and have a genuine passion for customer service!

The Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • 1 year's minimum experience in Residential Lettings
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An exemplary telephone manner
  • Self motivated, well presented and ambitious
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency

Our client is a long established, independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation throughout the London and Surrey areas.

Salary:

Basic Salary: £14,000 to £20,000, OTE: £30,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.pm & Saturdays 9.30am - 4.30pm. (Saturdays on a rota basis) and working on a three week rolling rota, working six days on week one, five days on week two and five days on week three.
