Lettings Negotiator required Finchley £35k OTE

Demand for rental properties is at a record high and therefore a wonderful opportunity exists for the right applicant to join our client within their busy lettings department as a Lettings Negotiator based in Finchley.


The right applicant will have a professional work ethic, minimum of 6/12 months experience, have a good telephone manner, be self-motivated and ambitious, be of smart appearance, have access to a car, hold a full UK drivers licence (car allowance will be provided) and live within a 10 mile radius of Finchley Central.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
·Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
·Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
·Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
·Following up enquiries
·Negotiating and closing deals
·Canvassing of new properties
·Arranging and undertaking lettings valuations
·Co-ordinating move-ins
·Processing payments (deposits + first month's rent etc.)
·Occasional property inspections when required
·Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required

Hours of work:
9.00am-18.00pm Monday-Friday with one afternoon off every two weeks.
Every Saturday morning 9.30am-13.00pm.

In return our client offers a basic salary of £16k and a competitive OTE in the region of £30k-£35k.
