Lettings Negotiator - Manchester

Our client, an award winning leading franchise are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work in one their successful branches in Manchester.

Your main duties will include:

  • Canvass for new business opportunities
  • Register applicants
  • Organise and attend viewings
  • Liaise and negotiate between buyers, vendors, landlords and tenants
  • Arrange and agree lets
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers, vendors, landlords and tenants
  • Achieve pre-agreed targets

Our client is looking for someone with a background as a Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record. You must be highly enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You must be professional and able to communicated with customers easily.

This role also requires you to be a current holder of a full UK driving licence.

In return you will receive a fantastic basic of £19,000 with business mileage allowance and further training is also included with quick progression for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Every 3rd Saturday 10am-4pm
