A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join my clients’ well established independent estate agents based in Liverpool.

My client is seeking an experienced Negotiator who will be required to arrange and carry out viewings, negotiate on Lettings, close deals, register applicants, bring properties on the market and conduct Market Appraisals.

To be successful within this role, you will need to be proactive and driven to achieve results. Furthermore, you must have the ability to work well as part of a team, as each member of the team helps each other out and duties may be shared and cross over from time to time.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am-6.00pm, Friday 9.30am-5.00pm and every other Saturday working 10.00am-3.00pm with an afternoon off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary of £16,000-£18,000 depending on experience with a realistic on target earnings of £21,000-£24,000 and access to a company pool car for viewings. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a professional team in Liverpool and scope for possible progression in the future.

Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
