Lettings Negotiator required for our client, they are a well know Estate Agency who have branches based throughout the South East. They are a fast paced, quickly growing business who are looking to expand their current team in the Earlsfield branch, with this in mind the Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator will need to be based within a commutable distance of Earlsfield.

The Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Agent will be tasked with the letting of residential properties throughout the local area to Earlsfield The Lettings Negotiator will be tasked with attending meetings with potential tenants and Landlords, updating and posting adverts, ensuring all contracts and paperwork is up to date and compliant, advising tenants and landlords on current letting value, marketing properties to potential tenants and processing payments.

The Lettings Negotiator must be proactive, ambitions and driven, financially driven and have a strong work ether. Our client are looking for individuals who are hungry to progress and better themselves, they have fast track progression available for the right person.

Lettings Negotiator Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in the residential property sector
  • Financially driven
  • Strong communicator
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Based within a commutable distance of Earlsfield

Lettings Negotiator Position Remuneration

  • Salary £20,000 - £40,000 (OTE)
