Lettings Negotiator - Finchley

| Lettings Negotiator | Finchley | £15,000 - £20,000 Basic, £30,000 OTE |

Our client, a multi branch and award winning Estate Agency based in North London, are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings department.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling calls and email enquiries
  • Showing potential tenants properties
  • Calling generated leads
  • Managing applicants on database
  • Arranging and undertaking viewings
  • Canvassing for properties
  • Negotiating deals
  • Liaise with Landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Developing client relationships

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years' Lettings experience
  • Good Sales skills
  • Hard working
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Immaculately presented
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work in a high pressure, target driven environment
  • Full driving license and own car.

In return, my client is offering:

  • £15,000 - £20,000 Basic. (Depending on experience)
  • OTE 1st Year £30,000
