Lettings Negotiator - Clapham London - £35k OTE

Our client, a independent estate agency brand with offices based across the prime areas of South West London are recruiting a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office based in Clapham in South West London. This opportunity has amazing earning potential with uncapped earnings but realistic earnings of £35K in your first year with the company. If you are naturally energetic, well organised and enjoy dealing with the public then this could be the ideal opportunity for you to take your career in estate agency to the next level.

The role:

Working within the lettings team closely with the Lettings Manager

Liaising with potential tenants, identifying their needs and arranging viewings for suitable properties

Updating landlords on the latest developments with their property and the property market

Accompanying property viewings

Negotiating and agreeing lettings

Dealing with enquiries both on the phone and walk ins

Generating leads for property valuations

Working to strict performance targets

Representing the company in a professional manner

The requirements:

At least 6 months experience working within the Lettings Negotiator role

Track record of achieving targets

Articulate and well presented

A solid knowledge of the lettings process and regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and driven

Enthusiastic about the Lettings role

Outgoing, ability to speak with clients of all levels

Driving licence and own car

The benefits:

£12k basic salary

10% commission

Car allowance
