What the role will involve

  • Registering applicants via phone or in person
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Registering landlords details for the Lettings manager
  • Assisting the Lettings Manager
  • Negotiating offers
  • Daily call out
  • Hitting monthly & quarterly targets
  • Providing an exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Manual driving licence
  • You will need previous experience within Lettings

Package

  • £15,000 - £20,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
  • 15% Uplift commission
  • Company car
