Lettings / Marketing Administrator| Putney | £28k + PR Bonus’
Are you organised, resourceful and detail orientated?
We are now recruiting for a Residential Lettings Administrator / Marketing Manager to join one of London’s leading agencies in Putney. They are on of the most established and trusted agents in the Putney area and pride themselves on honesty, practicality and understanding the area that they are in. As this is a dynamic role which covers a range of aspects throughout the business, we require someone who is adaptable, hardworking, intuitive and able to contribute to the development of the business.
Duties will include (but not limited too);
- General office administration
- Collecting all paperwork and sending appropriate files
- Move in check lists
- Key management and cutting
- Dividing enquiries between consultants
- Preparing statistic for leads and agree deals
- Requesting reviews from tenants and landlords
- Updating Social Media as and when necessary
- Organising leaflet drops
- Tracking properties via board checks
