An exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced and organised Lettings Manager to join an established independent Estate Agency based in Ipswich. The successful candidate for this role will be joining an established Estate Agency & Lettings business with the main responsibility of taking over ownership of the lettings department and helping it grow from strength to strength alongside the Directors.

The successful Lettings Manager will have experience of dealing with duties which include; preparing tenancy agreements, prospective tenant referencing, performing credit checks, and processing move ins along with other general administrative duties within the lettings department.

Lettings Manager - Experience Needed

  • Previous experience of working within a estate agency / lettings environment
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
