An established Letting Agents require an experienced, tenacious Lettings Manager to join their team in Shirley (Croydon). This position lends itself to a proactive individual who is skilled in both retaining existing business, as well proactively generating new clients and growing the portfolio.
As a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the branch; staff training, development and appraisals, target setting and business planning, expanding the portfolio, conducting valuations, letting properties and increasing the overall profitability of the branch. The successful candidate will receive ongoing support from Senior Management as well as full administrative and property management support.

- Basic Salary - £26,000
- OTE - £45,000 - £50,000

Please note that to be considered for this role candidates must have a full driving licence. You will be required to work a 5 day working week, to include some Saturdays. Previous Lettings experience is essential.
