Candidates will need to be proactive and personable, with a proven track record in Lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Lettings Manager who is looking for a change in company, or an Assistant Lettings Manager, wanting to take their first step up into management.

Requirements for the Lettings Manager include:
- Proven track record in letting property in London
- Must have ARLA
- Experience of carrying out market appraisals and wining instructions
- To provide an excellent customer service experience at all time
- To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff
- Desire to exceed targets
- Full driving license
We have an in house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend management training, NAEA and other relevant training courses.
