Our client, a leading independent estate agent who have been established for over 30 years are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to drive their already successful Amersham lettings department forward.

Covering South Bucks, our client prides themselves on local knowledge and providing a professional service to all.
As Lettings Manager, you will have the autonomy to shape the department utilising your skills, experience and ability.

Local knowledge is an advantage as well as being highly motivated, with a "can do" attitude. You will lead the team by example and have the charisma and presence to obtain new clients, whilst nurturing and maintaining the ones you already have.

In return, the lettings manager will be offered an extremely attractive basic salary with an excellent commission structure, incrementally increasing as you surpass targets set.
