LETTINGS MANAGER - Residential Lettings
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, pro-active Lettings Manager to head up a thriving Lettings team in Bognor Regis.
The perfect candidate for this Lettings Manager role will have previous experience in, and ideally currently be working in, a similar position; have a great track record in business development and be capable of winning new instructions and negotiating fully managed AST’s.
You will need to be a people motivator, an effective manager, a charismatic business winner and be driven to be successful.
You will be determined, proactive, love lettings and have a positive approach to business: familiarity with the local area would be ideal, and an ARLA qualification would be helpful.
The skills required for thisLettings Manager (Residential Letting) role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Manager
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- ARLA qualification beneficial
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Bognor Regis area
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
