Lettings Manager - Oxford

Our client is a well-respected independent residential Lettings and Estate Agency brand. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their team in their Oxford office who is a strong business generator who will also oversee the lettings department including property management.

Main Duties:

·Maximise the overall income and profitability to the branch
·Drive the lettings team whilst leading from the front and meeting all targets
·Setting daily / monthly targets for members of the team and monitoring performance
·To assist with the development of staff/team KPI's and standards, including the implementation of performance appraisals
·Coaching, training and developing the team
·Conduct valuations
·To generate new and repeat business

Key Skills

• Previous Lettings Experience including Property Management
• Previous Management experience in a Lettings environment
• Proven track record in valuations and building new business
• Well Presented and Well Spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving license and car
• People Management skills
