Lettings Property Manager, Norwich

Managing property relets and tenancy move ins. Inspections while tenanted and dealing with maintenance issues.
Key responsibilities
  1. Manage tenancy reletscoordinate viewings with prospective tenants and current tenants.

  2. Tenancy Move outs arrange tenancy move outs and deal with any dilapidations

  3. Inventories prepare property inventories and photographs

  4. Inspect properties as necessary to ensure they are being maintained and looked after, coordinate repair work with admin staff

  5. Report on any problems and record them on NBS

  6. Organise any remedial action with tenants,

  7. Resolve serious problems with tenants, organise evictions where necessary

  8. Support with any customer queries and diary bookings

  9. Answer phone calls, emails and deal with customers in accordance with agreed procedures to agreed standards

  10. Undertake appropriate training and to develop relevant knowledge and skill levels Personal Profile

You must have a cheerful and positive outlook. You need to be professional and be a good team player who readily supports both the management and the other members of the team.

Transport: Own car and driving licence required.

Salary:£15,000 - £17,000 per annum dependant on experience

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm - one Saturday in 8!!
