LETTINGS MANAGER, W12 - £60K OTE

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of West London’s largest and most well established independent estate agencies to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their prestigious Shepherds Bush office. With an established team in place and an impressive track record this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager to increase their earning potential and take their career upto the next level. The role:

Overseeing the lettings team

Working closely with the Senior Management team

Conducting property valuations and bringing new instructions onto the market

Building strong relationships with landlords and investors

Ensuring that the lettings regulations are upheld

Conducting regular staff appraisals and reviews

Assisting and supporting the team of negotiators in agreeing new lets and contracts

Identifying opportunities to generate new business

Creating advertising and marketing ideas

Working to performance targets

The requirements:

5 years + experience in lettings (some management experience)

A thorough knowledge of the lettings process

Ideally ARLA qualified (not essential as training will be provided)

Clean driving licence and own car

Must be well presented with good communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to lead a team towards goals

The benefits:

Generous package (£25k - £30k basic)

Attractive commission structure

£60k + OTE

Monthly car allowance £250 - £300 per month
