Lettings Manager - Southampton

| Lettings Manager | Southampton | £20,000 - £25,000 Basic, £28,000 - £30,000 OTE |

A great opportunity to work for an independent Lettings agency. They are seeking a Lettings Manager to work in their Southampton Office .

The role will involve:

• Providing fantastic customer service
• Negotiate offers
• General administration
• Dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face

The successful candidate will have:

• Lettings experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly approach to work
• Team player

Working hours are:

• 8.45am-6pm Monday to Friday
• 8.45am-2.00pm Saturday (Alternate)
• Use of a Pool Car

In return my client can offer a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 and £28,000 - £30,000 OTE
