Assistant Lettings Manager – Docklands
We’re working on an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a high-performing, well-established lettings department in the Docklands.

This is a key role within the team, ideal for someone with strong listing experience and the drive to win new business consistently.

The department generated number sin the MILLIONS last year. This is a true number two position, focused on instruction-winning and strategic growth.

The Role
  • Responsible for driving new instructions and increasing stock levels
  • Target of one market appraisal per day, with a 50% conversion rate
  • Full support from the team to focus purely on listing
  • Tools provided include access to Land Registry and budget for outreach and lead generation
  • Opportunity to engage with landlords, developers, and BTR operators
Package & Benefits
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • £85,000 realistic OTE
  • 8.5% commission on listings + 1% office commission
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 3-month financial guarantee
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (with day in lieu)
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven ability to win lettings instructions
  • Confident, articulate, and able to present a clear plan for generating stock
  • Commercially minded with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in a high-volume or target-driven lettings environment
  • Ambitious and looking for long-term progression
