Lettings Inventory Clerk - Oxford- up to £20,000
My client is a long standing and highly regarded Lettings and Estate Agency in the Oxford and surrounding area. They have an enviable reputation and an instantly recognisable brand with a strong focus on delivering a first class level of service to all customers.
They are now looking to recruit a strong, professional and experienced Lettings Inventory Clerk to join their busy Oxford Branch. The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. The Inventory and Check out consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check out and fairness but firmness is vital whilst protecting both the Landlord and the company’s reputation. You will also be required to carry out routine property inspections. A full clean driving licence and your own car will be essential for this role.

·You must have Lettings Inventory experience
·Must have strong communication and presentation skills
·Industry recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous
