Farrell Heyworth are looking to recruit a Full Time Lettings Inspector with a CAN DO ATTITUDE covering the Lancaster, Morecambe and Carnforth areas. If you are looking for a great career within an exciting business we would love to hear from you.
The role is interesting and varied and will be predominantly based out of the office conducting property inspections at the start, middle and end of tenancies. The successful applicant will be friendly, confident, outgoing, efficient, thorough, reliable with a keen eye for details and the abllity to work independently. You will ideally have experience of carrying out inspections in a similar lettings role, be highly organised, able to deal with sometimes difficult situations and able to multitask efficiently.
Property Inspections, Move ins and Move outs along with mid tenancy inspections.
Updating landlord on inspection reports and works required.
Managing your own diary and prioritising your work.
Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries.
Dealing with tenants and landlords.
Competent computer skills - Word, Excel etc.

You will also be of smart appearance, excellent communicator, able to organise your own diary and be a car owner with a full driving licence.
Qualifications & Experience
Preferred 4GCSE`s or equivalent, of which 2 must be Maths and English at grade C or above
You must be able to demonstrate a stable working background
Working week - Full Time 40 hours - Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings.
1+ years experience in the property industry preferred, however, training will be offered to the right candidate.
