Due to the expansion of our clients Property Management Department we are looking for a Lettings Property Inspector to join their busy department soon to be based in Morpeth.

Experience in the lettings industry isn't essential and you must have a full driving licence. You must be able to cope under pressure as well as carry out outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing properties
- Check ins and outs
- Property inspections
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other team members/departments
- Dealing with deposit releases and disputes
- Diary management
- Knowledge of HMO regulations and lettings laws and legislation.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (not a commission based position)
Hours: Full time, Saturday on rota basis
