Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a Lettings Coordinator based in our Liverpool branch.

Being part of the Lettings team you will ideally have evidence of experience in a Property management or a lettings role. The right candidate will be positive, ambitious and naturally enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. You will be required to look after our managed let and let only portfolios, proactively work with the management team to source new development opportunities, maintain inventories of fixtures and fittings related to each property and ensure verification at scheduled inspection visits, maintain a system for tracking and scheduling property maintenance.
Your previous experience and excellent organisational skills will enable you to provide professional Lettings support to our clients and professional partners alike.
This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives on working in a fast moving challenging environment. You will need to demonstrate a varied range of skills, be highly organized, self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a full time role to include Saturdays on a rota basis. Full training and ongoing training provided. You must be able to drive with access to your own car.
