e-Cameo - You're Hired is delighted to be working with a local client. Are you an experienced Lettings professional looking for a new challenge? Then read on! Our local established, award winning client is looking for a Lettings Coordinator. You will be joining a family run business, where the customer is their priority and who pride themselves in the service. The role is permanent, full time and based in just outside Moreton-in-Marsh. Your prime role will be to manage the lettings process from agreeing a tenancy to check in and throughout the term of the tenancy. Interviews will be held on Tuesday 26th February.
Key competencies for the Lettings Coordinator:
·Preparing tenancies processing tenant applications, referencing
·Dealing with all pre-tenancy administration
·Preparing inventory reports
·Conducting check ins, check outs and property inspections
·Dealing with contractors
·Organising pre property inspections
·Preparing tenancy agreements
·Carrying out inspections
·Day to day management of properties
·All administration involved
Skills/ experience required for the Lettings Coordinator:
·Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution
·Experience of working within property would be an advantage
·Have a good understanding of residential property lettings
·ARLA qualified to NFOPP level 3 would be an advantage
·Work well under pressure in a flexible, changing environment
·Excellent problem solving skills
·Engaging telephone manner
·A natural communicator
·Meticulous attention to detail and takes pride in their work
·Strong MS Office skills
·Proactive approach, flexible with a 'can do' attitude
·Personable, professional and well-presented
·Highly organised, team player, flexible and adaptable
·Driving licence and car is a must!

Opportunity: what's in it for me?
