We are currently looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join a growing team in an exciting new opportunity.

Leading residential developer based in London who are committed to shaping some of the most lively, distinct and diverse areas in London.

Description

The Lettings Coordinator will have to:

  • Organise the commerce of properties within the business as well as external property gateways.

  • Manage viewing events

  • Make sure files are arranged and processed thoroughly

  • Support the wider team

  • Handle phone and in-box queries

  • Keep database updated and current

  • Maintain excellent customer support

Profile

The successful Lettings Coordinator will have:

  • Experience of managing property listings and adverts

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
