£16,000 BASIC £18,000 OTE
My client, in GRAVESEND are looking for a enthusiastic and hard-working LETTINGS COORDINATOR to join their them. This is an established agent who is looking to add to the existing team.
Will consider part time but Saturdays are essential. (Salary pro rata)
- Dealing with a wide range of clients and contractors on a daily basis
- Dealing with Tenants and Landlords documentation
- Processing tenant references
- Taking tenants deposits
- Experience working in the lettings industry
- must drive your own car
- Excellent customer service
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to use Microsoft Word
- Construct e-mails
- Good organisation skills
- Must be able to show administration knowledge and capability
- Must be able to adapt quickly into a friendly office environment
- Have capability to learn
- Have good telephone manner
- Be able to work every Saturday with a day off in lieu. Will consider part time but Saturdays are essential
