Lettings Consultant

This is a FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY opportunity to join a first class agency in Putney.

Basic Salary £16,000 - £18,000 (Depending on Experience) £35,000 per annum OTE, Plus Company Car orCar allowance.

The successful candidate should be the ultimate all-rounder and be professional, well presented with a great telephone manner and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

To be considered for this position, experience working in residential lettings or a transferable sales environment would be highly beneficial.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
• Process all telephone and email enquiries
• Register landlord and tenant enquiries on 'Reapit' and book all relevant appointments or viewings
• Follow up new leads and enquiries
• Progress deals
• Co-ordinate move-ins where required
• Carry out inspections if required
• Generate new business
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Sales, Customer Service and/or property experience
• Valid UK manual driving licence
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Financially driven
• Target motivated
