Lettings Consultant

YPP are not the same as any other lettings agencies, who mainly focus on sales. We strongly focus on customer service & building relationships with our tenants, who come from all over the world, looking for their new home.

As a letting consultant, you will be carrying out viewings on our luxury apartments after consulting with the client on their living needs & requirements.

You will also play a vital role in helping our tenants with their day to day issues regarding their rented property.

You will report to the Lettings Supervisor and Lettings Manager, whilst closely working with our other consultants, the maintenance, and marketing teams.

Not every working day is the same in this exciting business!

Daily duties include;

  • Conducting viewings for potential tenants on properties within the YPP portfolio.
  • Dealing with related administrative procedures such as tenancy agreements, guarantor documentation, deposits & the logging of keys.
  • Assisting with the organisation of tenant’s check in and out.


  • Dealing with inventories and flat inspections.
  • Assisting in marketing when required.


  • Working to weekly and monthly targets.
  • Dealing effectively with all enquiries and leads to maximise conversions.


  • Complying with the requirements as set out by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
  • Maintaining our lettings database, ensuring notes are fully updated and accurate.


  • Managing a busy diary.

Essential Requirements;

  • Minimum GCSE grades C or above in maths and English or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Clean full driving licence.


  • Previous customer service experience.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Multilingual.
  • Previous experience in a Lettings / Property related role.

This role is a permanent full-time position and includes working Monday to Friday and some Saturdays and late nights on a rota basis. The salary is £18,000 - £21,000 dependent on relevant experience. We also offer a monthly bonus scheme, which is that is target related.
