You should have proven experience in Lettings and be able to list property. You will be professional, methodical and organised, be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and help to maintain the exceptional levels of customer service our client prides themselves on.
Skills required • Understanding the full lettings cycle from taking on new properties to maintenance to dealing with tenancy agreements • Excellent telephone manner • A strong work ethic • Ability to problem solve • Attention to detail • Customer service experience • Full driving licence (this is essential) Duties • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants • Be able to list a property • Registering enquiries and arranging appointments • Following up enquiries • Co-ordinating move-ins • Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required • Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team You will be a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and you will ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for building relationships with tenants and landlords, dealing with any property maintenance requirements, negotiating deposit returns and carrying out property inventories and inspections.
The role will bring other benefits such as training, career development and progression opportunities within the area and throughout the company. Salary £17,000 - £22,000 (Based on experience plus commission) Working hours are from 8.30am start to 5.30pm finish, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
