Salary : £ 18,000 - £ 20,000 basic + commission OTE c £ 45.000
My client is a driving force in both the residential and commercial markets, selling and letting properties, creating new homes in the City of London and surrounding areas. A privately-owned company focused on providing exceptional customer service, with 6 offices across the City.

In this role, you will be expected to register new applicants enquires both in person and on the phone. Duties will also include booking and carrying out viewings on available properties to rent.
Building relationships with applicants and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Providing constructive and consultative feedback to landlords.
Liaise with office co-ordinators and property managers to ensure smooth deal progression and move in’s.
Ensure references and proof of identity procedures are adhered too.
Distributing marketing material and assisting with canvassing.
Checking properties prior to commencement of the tenancy.
Skills and experience:
Candidates should ideally have 2-3 year’s experience working in London residential lettings environment. ARLA qualified or willing to undertake ARLA training is preferable. Candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, and polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed.
Must be customer service orientated with good people skills.
