A diverse & busy independent Letting Agent based in Bishop's Stortford. Our client has a large portfolio of 500 managed lets, including two block management sites. They pride themselves on knowledgeable & professional employees, providing an excellent service to landlords & tenants.

Our client manages a high volume of rental properties, and re-let a high volume of properties pcm. The role will include all aspects of Lettings, including the following duties:

  • Attending viewings
  • Processing tenant applications & references
  • Arrange legal documents including gas safety, EPC certificates & tenancy agreements
  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Arranging & attending property inspections
  • Working closely with a small team ensuring the lettings department runs smoothly
  • Reporting into the Director

Our client will consider Property Manager, Lettings Administrator or Lettings Negotiator background. Essential requirements include:

  • Minimum of 12 months Lettings experience
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Local property knowledge
  • IT literate
  • UK driving licence

The package will include:

  • Salary £15,000 - £22,000 pa - DOE
  • Mobile
  • Laptop - DOE
  • Access to company pool car
  • Excellent internal training provided
