Lettings Co-ordinator

This fast-moving Residential Lettings division requires a dynamic and efficient Lettings Co-ordinator to be responsible for providing support to the team and ensure the smooth running of the department. This is a hands-on role with lots of liaison with applicants, Tenants and Landlords and would suit a strong communicator with advanced Word who is used to working at pace!

Start ASAP for 4 weeks, possibly longer.


*1 + years' office experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally Lettings
*An interest in property
*Good typing
*Excellent MS Office skills including advanced Word and Mail Merge
*Strong communication and friendly personality
*Polite and professional approach
*Ability to start ASAP and complete a 4 week booking


*Drawing up Tenant invoices
*Drafting contractual tenancy agreements
*Managing the tenancy progression
*Undertaking referencing
*Liaising with clients
*Registering deposits
*Producing pro forma invoices
*Handling applicant and Tenant queries
*Maintaining tenancy information on management systems
*Conducting Right to Rent Re-Checks
*Handling renewals
*Negotiating rent increases with Landlord and Tenants
*Preparing reports
*Office administration
