Role: Lettings Co-Ordinator
Location: Southampton Central
My client is an Independent Estate Agency based in the center of Southampton. They are looking for an experienced administrator or Lettings Co-Ordinator to assist them with their Lettings team and processes.
Lettings Co-Ordinator Main Responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact, taking calls from tenants and dealing with any queries
Responsibility for booking viewings/inspections for all negotiators as quickly as possible, ensuring that negotiators time is well used throughout the day and calling for updates after appointments
Taking the lead on writing property descriptions & updating our database and social media
Sending letters and emails on behalf of negotiators in a timely manner
Sending and chasing for references
Accurately registering applicants details on database
Taking payments over the telephone or organising to meet and take payments in the office
Keeping records of available properties and actively communicating any changes with the department throughout the day
Managing and preparing all documentation for new tenants ahead of their move in date and for end of tenancies
Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team
Lettings Co-Ordinator Salary banding: £17000 to £19000
The right candidate will have a history within administration and have experience in the above.
