Lettings Assistant

SF Group are working in partnership with a respected and successful property company looking for an experienced Lettings Assistant.

The successful candidate will be accustomed to a fast paced environment dealing with a range of clients and enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Letting Negotiators
  • Assist in property viewings
  • Support in achieving lettings targets
  • General office administration
  • Dealing with couriers and ordering of stationery
  • Data processing
  • With the help of the Lettings Manager, you’ll support in carrying out check in and check outs
  • Carrying out property inventories
  • Being the first point of contact and liaising with tenants in relation to any queries they may have
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Supporting in the Front of House function
  • Following up on email enquiries
  • Dealing with 3rd parties ensuring work is complete
  • Diary management
  • Logging details on CRM systems

Person specification:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience of working in a lettings organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliability
  • Conversant in MS Packages
  • A throng team player
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
